Information we collect

When you contact us, we may receive your name, business name, telephone number, email address, service interests, and the information you choose to include in your inquiry. The contact form collects your name, business name, telephone number, and email address, together with the time and source of submission. It does not collect marketing consent or enroll you in marketing.

Do not send payment-card numbers, card security codes, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, identification documents, or processing statements through this form. It is not a merchant application or secure document-upload service.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to requests, discuss relevant merchant services, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations. We may use information for Intelagy marketing where permitted and consistent with your choices. Submitting a service inquiry does not, by itself, authorize automated marketing calls or marketing texts.

Any marketing enrollment requires a separate process. You can withdraw a previously given marketing choice using an unsubscribe method in a marketing email or by contacting us. Text-message consent is separate and described below.

Affiliates and service providers

We may use service providers and affiliated entities to help respond to an inquiry or provide operational services on our behalf, subject to appropriate restrictions. They may receive only information needed for that purpose.

For an affiliate’s own non-SMS marketing, any proposed sharing must be disclosed before it occurs, with the recipient and purpose identified and any legally required consent obtained. The current website does not automatically transfer leads to affiliates or provide a blanket affiliate-marketing opt-in. We do not sell inquiry data through this website. A future sharing program must honor applicable opt-out and consent rights.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information, telephone numbers collected for text messaging, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction takes precedence over any other sharing language in this policy.

We may disclose information to messaging infrastructure and support providers solely to deliver Intelagy’s authorized messages, subject to confidentiality and use restrictions. Consent to Intelagy texts does not authorize an affiliate or another business to send its own marketing messages. Each sender must obtain its own appropriate consent.

If you separately opt in to Intelagy marketing texts, messages may concern merchant services, payment processing, POS equipment, and related offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Once messaging is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Hosting, logs, and cookies

WordPress.com hosting and related infrastructure can process technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, referrers, and access times. These services support page delivery, security, and platform statistics. See Automattic’s site-visitor privacy notice and our Cookie Policy.

The Intelagy theme does not add advertising pixels, external web fonts, embedded video, or third-party chat. Jetpack Forms processes submissions and stores responses in WordPress. When Akismet spam protection is enabled, submission data and technical information such as IP address and browser details may be processed by Automattic for spam prevention.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are held in the site’s access-restricted WordPress administration area and sent to Intelagy’s contact inbox for follow-up. We retain information as needed to handle requests, maintain consent and suppression records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and any applicable obligations; there is no promise of immediate deletion of records that must be retained. Hosting-provider records follow that provider’s retention practices.

We use HTTPS and restrict administrative access, but no internet service guarantees absolute security. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information, or stop marketing, by calling 954-736-3100, using the contact form, or writing to the address above. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances. We may need to verify a request before acting, and some information may need to be retained for legal or suppression purposes. We do not require marketing consent to process a privacy request or respond to an inquiry.

Browser settings can control cookies. Requests concerning processing carried out independently by Automattic should be directed through its linked privacy notice. Intelagy requests may be directed to us even if you do not have a WordPress.com account.

Children, third parties, and changes

This site is for business audiences and is not directed to children under 18. Third-party websites have their own notices. We will update this policy and relevant collection disclosures before materially changing how the site collects or shares information. The updated date appears above.
